How did you lose weight? a) I walked a lot. I had a hectic schedule. Going to college, completing my projects. I tried my best to avoid ghee. That had a very positive effect on me and I think this is the best way to lose weight.

b) Cycling and even did skipping. That’s the best way to lose weight since I work late in the nights, I find cycling ideal for me as I can do it whenever I find time and a skipping rope is always handy.
How do you feel now?
